  After seeing wildly attractive reviews on Facebook, we decided to give this restaurant a try, and my family was thoroughly disappointed. When we arrived, we were greeted by an extremely arrogant woman who didn't even offer us water until we asked. She seemed to take her job seriously but was very rude and obnoxious. First, we got the wrong wine, which she didn't even apologise for and she couldn't admit to her wrong, although she did end up bringing the correct one out. We then waited over an hour for the food to arrive. I was expecting it to be amazing because of the long wait, but I was wrong once again. 'The kitchen didn't have the right cheese so we gave you Brie' said the snobby, arrogant woman from before as she brought of the fish of the day. It tasted disgusting. We also ordered two gnocchis and they were both completely different dishes. The gnocchi was gooey and clearly not boiled properly and the sauce was flavourless. When we discussed our complaints with the waiter she brought down the manager, who wasn't as snobby but was so rude and defensive, and constantly tried to tell us the food was good. As customers, we believe that we should be treated with the same respect the staff members show us, and quite frankly that wasn't much at all.

  I’m sorry to say that my experience here was not very good at all. I came here with a group of three including me, we were all disappointed by the food. The first thing we noticed about the waitress that came to serve us was that she seemed mildly arrogant and a bit snobby. We ordered a glass of wine, the waitress served us the wrong wine. When we told her that she gave us the wrong wine she was quite rude, she acted like she was right and kept trying to justify herself rather than admitting that she had made a mistake. The oysters came slightly after that, they were average. They weren’t very fresh. It took over an hour for our mains to be served, the waitress apologised that they didn’t have the cheese that was supposed to be on the fish of the day or the sauce. This was a disappointment. The dish was flavourless and wasn’t what we ordered. Next came the two gnocchis. The first thing we noticed was they looked completely different when they were supposed the be the same, one had almost no sauce and one was drowned in sauce. The gnocchi was soggy and flavourless, the sauce tasted like milk mixed with water. We called the waitress over who brought over the manager. The manager was quite rude to us and kept trying to tell us that the food was good, even though we strongly disagreed. She was also very arrogant and treated us like we were crazy for being disappointed by their terrible food. The lighting in the restaurant was also very bad. Very disappointing. Looks like fine dining but it worse than fast food. I had never once before tasted food this terrible. I think Gordon Ramsay needs to visit this place.

  Is a romantic place with lover for fine dining here. The foods are delicious and fresh but pricey. Overall the environment cosy and the staffs also friendly.
